To ensure a better service, please read the safety rules and conditions. Also, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We wish you a happy stay.
Reservations
It is mandatory to indicate arrival time when making the reservation, so that in case it is outside of our reception hours, we can organize a waiting time.
Pets are not allowed, as we do not have facilities where we can guarantee their well-being.
Children Free:
- Children under 2 years old in cot (Only 1 cot per room)
- Children under 4 years of age in existing bedding. Maximum age of children 12 years.
Reception Hours
- From monday to Friday: from 09:00 to 15:00 h
- Saturdays : 09:00 – 14:00 h.
- Sundays: Prior confirmation of departures and arrivals
Arrivals by boat:
- Until 00:00 h. (Prior notice)
- Arrivals after hours or by boat at night: call +34 922 401941 or +34 639 367021
Box
- Maximum time: 12:00 p.m.
- Late check-outs, check one day in advance at reception or at check-in.
Cancellation of reservations and prepayment
Conditions may vary depending on the apartment and the season. When booking, check the conditions of the apartment.
Cards accepted: VISA – MAESTRO – 4B – MASTERCARD
Fire & Evacuation Drills
If during your stay it coincides with a scheduled drill with intervention instructions (Evacuation) we need your collaboration (Decree 305/96, of 26 December).
If you hear our fire alarm, stay calm and immediately go to the nearest meeting point.
Visitation and other rules
- Visits will only be in common areas: Reception, meeting area and café. If you wish to receive visitors, please inform reception.
- Please hang your clothes on the clothesline on the terrace/balcony of the apartment or in the hanging area on the top floor and not on the walls and windows of the balconies.
- For the respect, safety and enjoyment of our customers, we ask you to always keep an eye on minors and respect the rules indicated, especially at night and during siesta hours, and avoid making noise.
